What is 360ed?

Recently we aired a show with the husband and wife team who founded the innovative augmented learning app, 360ed. Developed in Silicon Valley and then brought to Myanmar to establish the company, it was well on its way towards becoming one of the country’s first home-grown tech stories, while also transforming the possibilities for Burmese schools in the process. And then… the coup happened.

In the episode, we talk not only about the development of their app, but many other topics as well, including the overall state of education in Myanmar, the experience of conducting police trainings before the coup, and the disastrous overall effect on the Burmese economy.

Take a listen to the episode, and while you’re at it, take a look at the promotional video from 360ed, showing the product in a Burmese context.
