Ashin Sarana: Giving Metta to Our Enemies

We've received so many messages of gratitude and solace from those listeners who heard Ashin Sarana's recent interview following the military coup in Myanmar.

In order to expand the reach of his words, a volunteer has offered to produce a series of short videos, grouped together according to theme, all culled from the original talk of the Buddhist monk. Another volunteer has applied Burmese translations to the video so that those in the country can also benefit.

This particular video focuses on U Sarana's discussion highlighting the importance of sending metta, or loving kindness, to one's enemies. While recognizing how challenging it can be to do, he also underscores its value.
