More monastic dana underway!

We are very pleased to report another round of dana being distributed across monastic sites throughout Upper Burma. We have no words for your generosity! Please read the following report from our local team leader, and thank you to all those who have made a contribution.

I am glad to inform you with the updates of the 2nd round monastic support program (February 2022) as part of our "Meditator Gratitude Campaign" program. Over the last week and weekend, we have reached our alms-rice donations to the monastic schools, nunnery schools and charity orphanage homes where tens of boarding children are fed with meals while they are provided with accommodation and taught free education by the residing monks and nuns. As per the proposals, we have managed to reach the relief aids (alms-rice sacks) to 10 monastic schools in Mandalay Region (Mandalay, Patheingyi, Tada-U and Mogok townships), 3 monastic schools and 1 nunnery school in Sagaing Region, 4 monastic schools in Ayeyarwady Region (Myan Aung and Hinthada townships), 1 nunnery school in Bago Region (Pyay township), 2 monastic schools in Shan State (Southern and Northern) while we contributed cooking oil buckets to 9 nunneries in Sagaing.

Please, note that we are in progress to collect additional donation photos from our local volunteers in different areas of states and regions.
