A Teacher who knows Right from Wrong

In addition to supporting brave CDM workers who refuse to serve under an unlawful military leadership, we have also been helping local Burmese documentarian teams to better tell the story of what is now really happening in Myanmar, so that the wider world can learn. These two objectives come together neatly in the following short video produced by Vipassana Hawaii. We thank all donors for their kind contribution to make this possible.

In the short video, an experienced teacher describes her reason for continuing to stay away from school, despite the risks and pressure she is now under, financial as well as her own personal safety. As the attempted military coup now goes into its fifth month, many have now depleted what little resources they had, and are in need of dire hope in order for their revolution to succeed. Any support will be greatly appreciated by them at this time!
