"Myanmar was my favorite."

“I have backpacked all over Southeast Asia and I have to say that Myanmar was my favorite country. I loved the people, the food, and the scenery. I felt like I was in a different world.

I started my journey in Thailand. I visited Bangkok and then took a bus to Chiang Mai. I loved Thailand, but it was very touristy. I was looking for something more authentic.

From Thailand, I went to Laos. I took a bus from Chiang Mai to Luang Prabang. This was a beautiful country and I loved the laid-back vibe. I also loved the food. I could have stayed in Laos forever.

From Laos, I went to Vietnam. I took a bus from Luang Prabang to Hanoi. I was not expecting to like Vietnam as much as I did. I loved the food and the people were so friendly. I also loved the scenery. I could have stayed in Vietnam forever.

From Vietnam, I went to Cambodia. I took a bus from Hanoi to Siem Reap. I was not expecting to like Cambodia as much as I did. I loved the food and the people were so friendly. I also loved the temples. I could have stayed in Cambodia forever.

From Cambodia, I went to Myanmar. I took a bus from Siem Reap to Yangon. I was not expecting to like Myanmar as much as I did. I loved the food and the people were so friendly. I also loved the scenery. I felt like I was in a different world.

I have now been to many different Southeast Asian countries, but my trip to Myanmar was by far the best experience I have had. There are many reasons for this, but the three main reasons are the people, the scenery, and the food.

Starting with the people, I have never met such friendly and welcoming people as I did in Myanmar. Everywhere I went, people would stop what they were doing to say hello and ask me how my day was going. They were always happy to help me with anything I needed, and they went out of their way to make sure I was enjoying my trip.

The scenery in Myanmar is also incredible. The country is filled with beautiful temples, pagodas, and other religious sites. But even beyond that, the natural scenery is just stunning. The mountains, lakes, and forests are all worth seeing, and I even got to go on a hot air balloon ride over one of the most beautiful landscapes I have ever seen.

Finally, the food in Myanmar was incredible. I was able to try so many different kinds of food that I had never even heard of before, and it was all so delicious. I even had the opportunity to learn how to cook some of the dishes, which was a great experience.

Overall, my trip to Myanmar was an amazing experience that I will never forget. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Southeast Asian country to visit.”
