It’s amazing to say, but the behind-the-scenes access that Brian Perkins provided about his film Golden Kingdom may be as compelling as the film itself! In our interview, he describes the monumental task his team undertook of filming a feature length film in a Shan Buddhist monastery, located in such a rural location that there was no running water, electricity, or WiFi.
