There have been different administration approaches in order to tighten the authority of controlling to the whole country of Myanmar since 1st February, 2021 by the military. The majority of Myanmar people are arrested and detained, oppressed and tortured, cut information, announced warrant, high conflict and villages are burnt up to nothing left to retain. Due to these situations, the conflict becomes higher at risk. Due to the conflict, the sales become higher, false information between civilians have occurred. From the first week of January, 2022, military used air strike and used big weapons to fight local people in Loikaw intentionally. Local people are also seen daily moving their families to places they believe will be safe. During 2023, the war escalated and more people fled the war.
In the present (Kayah State) in 2023, Starting on September 12th, the military council expanded its military strength and launched offensive lines. The fighting intensified along the Demoso Town and the Hpruso - Bawlket road, and the number of people fleeing the war increased. Due to the severity of the war, the people had to move and live in the forest and mountains. The settlement of IDPs camps, children's education has become less of a priority. A temporary tent has been constructed and the school is being taught by village- based volunteers.
The current main needs in the IDPs camp are insufficient school materials to teach the students, the lack of children's textbooks and the need for monthly tribute allowance for village volunteers.
