Revolutionary music in Ukraine

Following the interview on our recent episode “Contrasting Ukraine and Myanmar,” we played a song on the outro that has become something of a revolutionary anthem in Ukraine. This was a mashup of Andriy Khlyvnyuk and The Kiffness. Khlyvnyuk is the lead singer of Boombox, who were touring the US when the Russian invasion began; Khlyvnyuk returned home to serve in the resistance. All proceeds from this song go towards humanitarian aid. We reached out to the artists explaining our episode, and they graciously provided permission to include this song in the episode.
